United Way- established more than 125 years ago and present in over 40 countries- impacts 50,000,000 lives around the world, and is the world's largest privately-funded charity. United Way advances the common good, by focusing on education, income mobility and healthy lives for all. The national office- United Way UK- was established in 2014. Locally, it is working with the United Way in Liverpool, LCVS (Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services) to continue improving the wellbeing of individuals and communities in the city by bringing people, organisations and resources together.
United Way and IFB2016 will be working together to raise the involvement of businesses at the festival, and in local communities with a particular focus on IFB2016’s youth.
