Tim was recently appointed Utilities Performance Manager at Heathrow Airport and is responsible for the end-to-end management of Heathrow’s electricity and gas. He is responsible for ensuring that legal compliance and consumption are effectively managed and continuously improved in support of Heathrow’s environmental targets. Tim, who is a Chartered Engineer, manages a team of Utilities Managers that deliver energy demand management projects across Heathrow Airport.
At the Energy Institute’s conference on Energy Management – meeting the standard, Tim will talk about Heathrow Airport’s energy management practices, and their role in maintaining standard ISO 50001. He will explore how using the standard to improve your business’ ability to manage risks around supply, improve efficiency, cut consumption and bills, meet government’s carbon reduction targets, and increase your business opportunities.
