Festival floor stands

Have a real presence showcasing your products or services and develop those vital contacts through the ideal networking environment. The 2mx2m shell scheme stands are located in the heart of the festival and are available by the day, week or for the three weeks.

Packages can include the following:

  • Table/Counter.
  • 2 x chairs.
  • Carpet.
  • Power.
  • Spot lights.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • Facia board with company name.
  • Name/company logo on IFB2016 website.

Additional furniture can be ordered separately at additional cost. 

Atrium stands

An ideal location and opportunity, with all 30,000-plus international delegates making their way to the IFB2016 registration desks.

Packages can include the following:

  • Table/Counter.

  • Power.
  • WiFi.
  • Facia board with company name.
  • Name/Company logo on IFB2016 website.

Put your business on the world stage

Our auditorium hire and riverside terrace are a cost effective ways to take advantage of an unequalled opportunity to showcase your products and services during IFB2016.

The auditorium comes with a full A/V package for a formal presentation. However, if you are looking for a more relaxed presentation environment with an opportunity to offer a small reception, our upper level riverside terrace is ideal.

The hire is by the hour for the auditorium or by the day or half day for the terrace. 

Need a private business meeting?

If you need to plan your visit and arrange business appointments in advance or you require a private meeting space at the last minute, we can offer flexible options:

The upper level boardroom can cater for up to 12 people, with private catering available.

GREAT Galleries 1 and 2 provide flexible set up for either 35 people theatre-style or 18 boardroom-style, with a festival environment and location that overlooks the festival hall.

Atrium private meeting spaces are 2m x 4m closed booths, with a table, chairs, power and Wi-Fi. They are ideal for those last minute meeting and can be booked in advance or on the day at an hourly rate.

Increase brand recognition

Whether you are part of the festival or just visiting, the plasma screens can promote your brand, announce forthcoming events or support your festival activities. The 20 screens situated along the atrium and around the festival space offer an ideal marketing opportunity.

There is limited availability of 10 and 20 second advertisement slots, which are pre-programmed to provide maximum viewing opportunities.

Formats can be mp4, .mov, .vob, .ts files and jpeg sequences. PowerPoint is not supported. Screens are 16:9 full HD (1920 x 1080). No Audio.

Auditorium naming sponsorship

The naming sponsor will benefit from the following:

  • Auditorium in sponsor’s name for duration of the festival.
  • Branding and sponsor’s overview at the entrance to the chosen auditorium.
  • Sponsor’s name will appear on the IFB2016 website.
  • Sponsor name on signposting, both static and on plasma screens.
  • Choice of 500, 350, 100 or 50 seat auditorium (limited availability).
